Sixty hand-drawn trait options — hulls, sails, pennants, giraffe twins, hippos in the bath. 9,031,680 possible arks; 3,001 chosen, sealed under a provenance hash. No traits, rarity or metadata are readable through the contract until the fleet reveals.

What is ArcFleet?

A generative collection of 3,001 storybook arks, each assembled from 8 hand-drawn trait layers (60 options). Every ark is a deterministic vector sketch — the artwork is a pure function of its DNA, redrawn anywhere, forever.

How do I play the Boarding Trial?
  1. Click any face-down card to flip it and reveal the ark beneath.
  2. Click a second card — if the two arks match, they stay face-up.
  3. Miss? Both flip back — and the tide may drift face-down cards to new berths, so don't trust your memory of positions alone.
  4. Match any 7 of the 8 pairs before the tide timer empties (75 seconds).
  5. You may make at most 7 mistakes, and you get 3 hints — each briefly reveals one matching pair.
  6. Win, and your boarding pass is stamped — the mint button unlocks for 15 minutes. Three losses in a row means a 90-second breather. Fair seas!
Why do I have to play a game to mint?

The Boarding Trial keeps the decks clear of bots — it's tuned 7/10 hard and the harbourmaster watches how you play, not just whether you win. Humans pass; scripts get turned away.

What if I can't win the Boarding Trial?

Take your time — the timer is 75 seconds, you get 3 hints, and you only need 7 of the 8 pairs. Still stuck after a few runs? You can bribe the harbourmaster for 0.5 USDC — the button sits under the game board — and he'll stamp the same 15-minute boarding pass. The game stays free; the shortcut doesn't.

When can I trade my ark?

The moment the fleet mint-out. The Harbour Market and OpenSea both open for trading at reveal — every ark reveals at once, listings go live, and the first bids sail in. Until then, every captain waits at the sealed quay together.

When do I see my ark?

The collection is sealed until mint-out. Every ark mints as a sealed mystery — the moment the 3,001st ark is claimed, the entire fleet reveals at once, right here, drawn live from on-chain DNA. The on-chain metadata stays sealed until that same moment, so nobody can peek early — not even via the contract.

What chain is this on?

Arc — Circle's USDC-native Layer-1, with sub-second finality. Mainnet launches September 16, 2026; until then the fleet sails on Arc Testnet (chain 5042002). You'll need USDC for gas — no ETH anywhere.

Can I trade before the reveal?

Yes — the Harbour Market on this site lets holders list sealed arks, make offers and buy. You can see floor price, top offer and 24h movement live. Sealed cargo trades as-is: you know the #id, but not the art.

Is the collection provably fair?

Yes. The complete DNA manifest is hashed (sha256) and the hash is published here and stored in the contract. Anyone can regenerate the manifest from the public seed and compare hashes — a quiet swap is mathematically detectable.
